Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be QNS-approved for a return, your item must rock the same condition as when you first got it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don't forget to bring your receipt or proof of purchase, rebels.

Oh, and here's the deal: all return shipping and labels are on you, the customer. Stay true to the punk spirit, you know?

If your return survives the stage dive and gets accepted, we'll hook you up with all the backstage instructions you need. Items crowd-surfing back to us without permission won't get the VIP treatment, sorry.

Damages and Issues:

When your order finally arrives in the pit, unleash your eagle eyes and inspect it ASAP. If you spot any defects, damages, or they sent you the wrong thing, give us an urgent shout. We'll mosh our way through the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

We like wild things, but there are some items we can't crowd-surf back to us. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, and hazardous materials won't make it past the security check. If you're unsure if your item falls into this category, smash the contact button and let's chat.

Sorry, no moshing with sale items or gift cards. They're not down with the return chaos.

Exchanges:

You want something different? No problem. Return the item you've got, let the return get accepted, and then go wild with a separate purchase for the new item. It's the fastest way to get what you crave.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

Hey, EU rebels, you've got your own thing going on. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you've got 14 days to cancel or return it, no questions asked. Just make sure your item is still punk-rocking in the same condition - unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don't forget your receipt or proof of purchase!

Refunds:

Once we catch your return and give it the QNS inspection, we'll let you know if your refund makes the cut. If it's approved, we'll give your original payment method a refund within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to join the mosh pit and process the refund.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you're still waiting, give us a shout at Info@QueensNeverSleep.com. We'll make sure your refund isn't stage-diving into oblivion.
